The Vanguard Initiative produces and disseminates a newsletter 6-8 times per year. If a user agrees to provide these details, the Vanguard Initiative will use this contact data to send information about its services, and alternatively services and products of companies that participate in the Vanguard Initiative’s activities and not disclosed. This website has installed AddThis. It is now possible for any user to share publicly videos or other publications on the Vanguard Initiative website. AddThis on the one hand allows users to interact with the publisher’s content and on the other hand collects information from users as a result of their visit. This information does not directly identify an individual and is instead designed to identify the devices used by website’s visitors. If AddThis wants to know how many people shared content on this site, it can assign a randomly generated ID to each web browser and count them. The Vanguard Initiative may change this Private Policy. In case of change, the Vanguard Initiative will post the updated Privacy Policy on its website.
Vanguard Initiative intranet account
Only authorized members can log in if they want to share their files, read meeting reports or task group documents or see more relevant search results. However, the access to certain files is granted to certain stakeholders involved in the specific activities. When they create the account, they provide the Vanguard Initiative with personal information that includes their name and their password. The Vanguard Initiative also collects the content users create or receive from others when using its services.
The Vanguard Initiative uses information it collects, like users’ email address, to interact with them directly. The Vanguard Initiative may also let them know about upcoming changes or improvements to its services.
It is also possible to request to remove the content from the Vanguard Initiative website. In addition, its services let users share files with others and they have control over how they share.
