CONFERENCE: REGIONAL DECARBONISATION STRATEGIES AND ACCESS TO FINANCE

The conference on Regional Decarbonisation Strategies and Access to Finance is being organised under the Net Zero Industrial Cluster Exchange (NICE) on behalf of the Scottish Government.

This inaugural NICE Conference will review and discuss the regional and local strategies for industrial decarbonisation and Net Zero, with a particular focus on access to finance for decarbonisation, examining the different models of non-grant support from public and private sectors through venture capital, loans, equity and guarantee funds used in different European regions.

Speakers will contribute perspectives from European institutions and various countries/regions, highlighting experience and lessons from implementing net zero finance in different contexts.
