Circular Economy in Textile and Plastic Sector
Event for Expression of Interest

During the 2021 ESM Plenary event, Slovenia presented the "Circular Economy in Textile and Plastic Sector" use-case within the "De- and Remanufacturing for Circular Economy" democase.

In particular, use-case objective will be the connection of stakeholders with complementary know-how in the textile and plastics recycling (product post-treatment, product analysis, potential users, research on new types of waste / specific fibers, development and testing of other technologies like glycolysis, etc.) for potential projects collaboration and the establishment of new value chains in different sectors.

In order to group all the relevant stakeholders interested to the topic, the 18th of March has been organized an event extended to all Vanguard regions to express the interest to join the activities on textile and plastic circular economy.

As reported in the attached agenda, the event will offer the opportunity to describe with a brief pitch your regional expertise/capabilities and to discuss possible connection points and collaborative activities to be performed within Vanguard framework.
