The VI 3DP Pilot will host its first ‘3DP Business Innovators Meeting’.

09.00 – 17.30 with a series of distinct ‘independent’ sessions that can be attended at your best convenience.

The ‘3DP Business Innovators Meeting’ aims at offering the opportunity to ‘Innovators’ (SMEs and larger companies (End-users or tech providers), Facility/technology Centres, Universities, Clusters and Regional agencies):

1. To promote expertise and innovative solutions across borders and in strategic areas.
2. To find the complementary service/equipment/expertise they need to achieve their strategic ambitions.
3. To generate 3DP-related demonstration projects, through the identification of strategic partners.   
4. To be informed about relevant funding opportunities as well as about latest 3DP innovations developments (showcased by our lead experts).

Relying upon changes/adaptations to the concept of former ‘plenary meetings’,  an event-based platform will be established where any organisation (especially companies !) located in the 30 member regions will have the opportunity (through short presentations) to showcase expertise/needs related to key transversal challenges (e.g. Increasing life of parts; Lighter components; More sustainable production; Improving finishing) or applications areas (e.g. Energy, Healthcare, Large parts, Electronics, etc.). The aim is to gradually (such meeting will occur every 6 months) build an ‘event-based EU market space for 3DP innovative (TRL6-TRL8) solutions and projects’, where solutions providers and industry’s users can be connected across borders and leverage trans-regional investment and innovation projects.
